HideAway
Sometimes even the best looking products need to be hidden away. So if you've decided a Rondo or Grandview smart screen is the screen for you but would like to keep your ceiling line uncluttered, then take a look at the HideAway.
The HideAway conceals your screen above the ceiling, leaving only the well finished trim and trapdoor visible. A sleek and stylish finish to the room when the screen is not in use, and when you need the screen – it’s accessible at the press of a button.
The HideAway also has advantages during the installation. During the construction phase the box can be pre-installed, and wired, and then when the plaster dust has settled and the painter finished, simply fit
off the trim and install your screen.
We strongly recommend the use of a HideAway box for above ceiling installations, as this allows for easy access to the screen for any servicing requirements.
We recommend pairing the HideAway pre-installation box with any of our motorised rondo screens, as our manual model, the
Precision Drive, is chain driven and the chain would be visible in the room even when the screen was retracted.

Out of sight accessories
The Rondo can also be teamed with a HideAway pre-installation box. A HideAway lets you install the entire Rondo above the ceiling, the screen retracting totally out of sight when not in use. This gives a remarkably clean finish to your installation, perfect for spaces where you don't want the screen to be on display all the time.
