I am impressed! On Monday morning (25 August) I ordered by phone a particular make and model of monitor and before noon on the next day your courier had delivered it to my door in Central Victoria (I live in Muckleford which most people have never heard of but it is about 6 km outside of Castlemaine). In fact, your courier was in such a hurry that he had been and gone before I could open the front door to greet him. Less than 10 minutes later, the monitor was up and running. This is just a note to say a "BIG THANKYOU" to you for all your help and to let you know that we were extremely happy with your service and fast responses to emails and questions we had. We will definently be using your company again and will be refering you also to our family and friends. We had previously used another company to purchase our lamp/globe from which they said was in stock 2 days after we purchased and paid for the item we were advised that they could no longer deliver our item, no reason given. It then took us a further 5 weeks, 20 emails, a dispute with dept of fair trading, and also dispute with my bank to get our money back which our bank got our maoney back. We found that you were completely honest with us every step of the way and kept us informed of when we would receive our delivery. You are an asset to your company and should be rewarded for it. Thankyou again for all you did for us, we greatley appreciated it.
