*Due to the large size, projector screens are usually delivered by a Sensitive Freight service, not a courier. This delivery price assumes single delivery to a ground floor location and that assistance will be available to unload. If assistance is unavailable, deliveries are re-directed, or delivery to an upper level is required, additional charges may apply.

OVERNIGHT AIR DELIVERY
Overnight Air delivery is available on most projectors and accessories upon request. Just call us on 1300 739 131 to check the pricing. Please note large items, such as screens, cannot be air freighted.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same day delivery is availalbe within Melbourne Metro. Call us in the morning for a quote.

The Australia Post and Courier networks are experiencing unprecedented demand on delivery services, as a result delivery times will be longer than usual. Domestic flights are operating sparsely so Express/Overnight deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
1-2 Days: Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Central Coast
2-3 Days: Brisbane, Gold Coast, VIC Country
4-5 Days: Hobart, Launceston, Perth, Cairns, NSW Country
5+ Days: Darwin, Alice Springs, Other Regional Areas.

DELIVERY INSURANCE
All Just Projectors deliveries are fully insured for loss or damage whilst in transit (unless a 'leave without signature' as been requested).
JustProjectors.com.au promises that you will receive your products in good working order. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged as a direct result of freight, you must report it to GM Multimedia on 1300 739 131 within 24 hours of receipt.
We use accredited couriers and very rarely have any goods being delivered damaged or have any lost in transit.
If after a reasonable amount of time has past and you have not received your product, please contact us so we can place a trace on your order. Most delays are due to the address being unoccupied or being difficult to locate. If the courier notifies us that the product cannot be found, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
