Ltd. is a service provider to the website and is also referred to as 'us', 'GM Multimedia', 'vendor', and 'we'. Customer is the individual or organisation who is using the website and its services, it is also referred to 'you', 'customers'
Some third party information has been reproduced on this site in good faith. Product names mentioned may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective corporations. The name GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd., the GM Multimedia logo, the Just Projectors logo, and the Just Monitors logo may not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of this information without written permission. Customers acknowledge that they hold all goods from GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. as bailees until title passes.
In the event a customers invoice becomes overdue penalty interest and/or late charges may be charged by GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. to the customer. Customers are liable for all costs associated with the collection of overdue payments. In the event where overdue invoices are referred to a collection agency and/or legal firm the customer will be liable for all costs which would be incurred until the debt is settled in full.
GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw any products listed on its website and to update prices according to the market prices without notice.
These Terms and Conditions of Sales are subject to change without notice.
GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for compatibility issues on any products supplied. It is up to the customer to ensure compatibility with current hardware and software configuration. Refunds or Replacements are not available for goods supplied and found not compatible with the customers software/hardware (unless incorrect compatibility information was advised or advertised by GM Multimedia in writing).
There are no guarantees that advertised products will be available once ordered. If a product is not available, the customer will be notified as soon as possible with a list of similar products at similar prices. The customer may choose to continue with the order or cancel the order in which a full refund of all moneys will be warranted. Refunds are not necessarily available if products are in stock and you simply "change your mind". GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. recommends to customers that you choose carefully and to not place an order unless you are certain it is correct. Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. WARRANTY, RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS
GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. (ABN 82 119 523 723) is an Australian owned and operated company. All products are sourced locally through the authorised distribution channel and as such are covered by an Australian warranty backed by our brands. As an Australian business our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
. Warranty information provided is in addition to other rights or remedies that you may have under the ACL in relation to your product.
Customers must contact GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. prior to returning any products, a 'Return Authorisation' (RA) must be issued by our staff.
Shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable.
There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been processed and shipped out. Prices of technology parts are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations.
If goods received are not as ordered, please inform GM Multimedia within 24 hours of receipt to ensure replacements can be arranged without delay.
Cancellation must be informed as soon as possible, cancellation after a product has been packed and shipped out is not possible.
Costs incurred due to order cancellation are the responsibility of the customer, these could include any payment processing fees that the bank or processor does not refund.
Cancelation of orders where goods have been specially ordered from our suppliers may not be possible. In the event this is possible restocking charges may be applicable. Restocking charges generally range from 10-50% of the items value. These charges are required to cover the costs involved in processing the sale and paying our suppliers' fees.
GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. reserve the title of ownership to any extra goods shipped as result of our error.
Returns of products, due to change of mind or where the product is no longer required, is completely at the discretion of GM Multimedia, returns are not automatically accepted. Please be aware any change of mind/goods no longer required returns that are accepted by GM Multimedia generally will incur a restocking charge of up to 50% of the items value. This charge is required to cover costs incurred by both GM Multimedia and its suppliers.
In addition to any restocking charge, freight charges may be payable if the product was sold to the customer with free or a discounted delivery.
Each vendor (or brand) will have a range of exceptions that are not covered by warranty, below are a range of the most common exceptions.
*Any product that has not been installed in accordance with the installation instruction supplied by the equipment manufacturer.
*Any product that is repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorised service center, where products disassembled or repaired in such a manner that performance is affected.
*Any product that fails or is damaged as a result of improper storage, operation under abnormal conditions misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, act of God or maladjustment of consumer controls. Short circuiting the equipment will be considered misuse and will cause the product not to be covered by the warranty.
*Accessories and consumable goods such as projector lamps are covered under different warranty terms (normally limited to 90days). Please enquire when placing order.
*Any defect or damage caused by or resulting from the connection or attachment to the product that has not been approved by the manufacturer for connection or attachment to the product.
*Any defect or damage caused by or resulting from improper installation or defective functioning of software or virus infection.
*Defects or damage due to spills of liquid or other substances (dust, cigarette), excessive temperature or humidity and environmental conditions.
*Aesthetic or surface damage or scratches to all plastic surfaces and other external parts damaged due to customer use.
*Any cost of hardware or software removal or reinstallation.
*Any product or part thereof which has suffered through alteration or defacement of the serial number or warranty seals as such where an unauthorised service personnel opening the product without written permission from the brand or vendor.

All prices quoted on the website are INCLUSIVE OF GST, unless otherwise stated.
Prices shown do not include delivery and do not include any surcharges associated with payments via Diners Club. (No Charges apply for Visa and Mastercard).
Individual products are sold 'as is' and do not include additional services such as installation or troubleshooting. If aide is required with product set up please contact a GM Multimedia staff member who may assist you.
Mistakes do happen, products and prices printed on this website are not final and may change before you place your order. Prices are not final until confirmed by GM Multimedia staff.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Customers must agree to pay the prices listed on the order form at the time the order was originally submitted.
If the specific item ordered undergoes a price drop, and we have not completed the paper work (that is, the customer has not received confirmation), then we will adjust to the new price accordingly. Otherwise, the customer will be invoiced the amount as per your order confirmation.
Whilst we will do our best to offer the most competitive price available, there may be occasions where we are unable to move on price.
We may not automatically match or beat prices from all competitors, as they may not offer the same exact product, may not be in stock, or offer the same warranty and service support as we do. Whilst GM Multimedia will make a reasonable attempt to match a competitors price, we do so at own discretion.
GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. will not match or beat prices on any product whereby the sale price matches or is lower than the GM Multimedia cost price.
GM Multimedia will only attempt to match or beat prices
- from products supplied by Australian operated businesses
- where the product is an authorised Australian release
- where the product is in stock by the competitor
- where the competitor operates as a shop front or has premises for business use only
GM Multimedia will not automatically match or beat prices of internet based competitors. Please note, when price matching, our staff may take into account any higher freight charges or payment surcharges/processing fees associated with the competitor in question.
GM Multimedia will not match or beat prices on select 'bonus buys' or where a product or service may be offered as an 'additional', 'free', or 'bonus'.
GM Multimedia is unable to offer discounts or refunds once orders have been processed due to a cheaper price being found elsewhere.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All of our advertised prices are inclusive of GST (unless stated). Many businesses/schools may claim back the GST through their BAS or Income tax statements.
We are registered to collect GST on behalf of ATO, our ABN no is (82 119 523 723), GST components (10% Goods and Services Tax) are shown in our invoices.
You are not required to give your ABN number for purchasing products from us.
We do not sell duty free to overseas travelers. However for overseas travelers they are able to purchase from us and claim back the GST from the customs department as long as you show our invoices.
FREIGHT / DELIVERY POLICY
All prices listed for each product do not include any shipping or delivery charges
GM Multimedia currently do not process and ship orders to overseas.
Shipping address must have complete contact information that can be verified by phone call (as listed on Whitepages).
We do not ship orders to a third party, unless GM Multimedia can verify all address and contact details.
It is the customers responsibility to be available to sign and accept the goods during business hours. Whilst the first redelivery attempt is free of charge, further redelivery attempts may be charged to the customer if address is unattended.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
GM Multimedia can take no responsibility for delays, or for any loss or damage, direct or consequential including, without limitations, lost profits, lost goodwill, work stoppage, and loss or impairment of data arising out of late or incorrect deliveries. GM Multimedia will never guarantee a delivery will arrive at a particular location on a particular date or at a particular time. Same Day, Overnight, and Road Express delivery options may be available, however these will in no way100% guarantee your item will arrive to you within the estimated time period. If the customer selects an overnight service, we guarantee that your product will be shipped using our couriers 'overnight' service, however this service is not guaranteed and may take up to several days in regional areas (or areas outside Australian capital cities). If the customer has selected a faster freight method (i.e. overnight), and GM Multimedia Pty. Ltd. has selected with the courier to send by a slower method (i.e. road express), then GM Multimedia will organise the refund of the difference in freight charge between the service paid for and the service provided.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges, for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
Customer is also responsible for any freight charges and/or handling charges if a delivery is refused or if a product is returned to GM Multimedia. All returns to GM Multimedia must be sent by an insured courier, we do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned.
Dimensions/oversize weights are applied to freight charges when applicable
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with GM Multimedia within 24 hours of receipt. GM Multimedia self-insure all deliveries sent by our own couriers from our Bayswater office. This insurance covers any damage to the product directly caused by the GM Multimedia courier or while in transit from GM Multimedia with an Authorised courier. This insurance also covers any loss of the goods by the courier or while in transit. Please note, once our courier notifies us that the goods have been delivered, the goods are classified as delivered. Any person on or at the delivery location is deemed an authorised signatory. It is the responsibility or the customer to ensure a person is available to sign for the goods on delivery. GM Multimedia or the carrier can take no responsibility if an unauthorised person signs and accepts the goods. Any damage must be reported to GM Multimedia within 24 hours of receipt. Please save all original boxes and packing material for return. All claims for shortages/misshipments/misbillings must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Split Shipments incur individual shipping charges.

Using Internet or Phone banking, you are able to transfer money to our account using the "Pay Anyone" feature. Alternatively, you may transfer funds at any bank branch. Our account details are as follows:

A 30 day credit account is only available for Australian education facilities, Government departments, and select large enterprise. Please note, late payments may incur penalty interest and charges.

GM Multimedia collects details from its customer for the sole purpose of processing the customers order more efficiently and to allow customers to experience the online & phone ordering.
Credit card information is always processed securely.
